1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

High Volume: During peak winter seasons or sale events, processing times may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
2. SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard Shipping:

USA & UK: 7 - 12 Business Days.

Canada, Australia & Europe: 10 - 15 Business Days.

Rest of World: 12 - 20 Business Days.

3. HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated timeframe after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@primeheaven.com (hoặc email của bạn) with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
PrimeHeaven™ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). However, we always try our best to minimize these costs for our customers.
5. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
PrimeHeaven™ is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order.
If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge. If the package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or carrier first.
